1. Tutorial Overview & Prerequisites

In this tutorial, you'll master the process of buying a specific Nike sneaker model from a Chinese e-commerce platform using an agent. This is essential because Weidian often requires a Chinese payment method and shipping address, but Tangbuy bridges that gap. Before you begin, ensure you have: a working email for account creation, a payment method acceptable by Tangbuy (like PayPal or a credit card), and your international shipping details. We recommend visiting chinasheets.net for comprehensive tutorials and setup guides that complement this tutorial. The difficulty is low if you follow these steps carefully. Success metrics include placing an order with no errors and receiving tracking information within 24 hours.

2. Account Setup & Platform Registration

Step 1: Create a Tangbuy Account – Go to Tangbuy's website and click 'Sign Up'. Fill in your email, create a password, and verify your email via the confirmation link. Step 2: Set Up a Weidian Account – You'll need a Weidian account to browse products, but as a foreigner, you might face language barriers. Use Tangbuy's search function directly to avoid this; Tangbuy has a built-in Weidian verifier that lets you paste product links. For this tutorial, we assume you'll use Tangbuy's search interface. Step 3: Account Verification – Tangbuy may require identity verification (e.g., phone number) for security. Step 4: Payment Method Setup – In your Tangbuy dashboard, add a payment method under 'Settings' – 'Payment'. Step 5: Shipping Address Configuration – Enter your international shipping address, ensuring it's complete and correct.
